Where is your coffee roasted?
Our coffee is roasted by Temecula Coffee Roasters, a premium specialty roaster based in Temecula, California. Every batch is carefully roasted to order, ensuring you receive the freshest cup possible — not beans that have been sitting in a warehouse for weeks.
What makes your coffee premium quality?
We source specialty-grade Arabica beans from renowned coffee-growing regions around the world, including single-origin selections from Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Our roasting partner uses expert roasting techniques to bring out the unique flavor profiles of each bean. The result is a cup that's miles above what you'll find on a grocery store shelf.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What types of coffee do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of options including Single-Origin coffees, house Blends, Flavored coffees, and more — available in multiple roast levels (light, medium, medium-dark, and dark).
Do you offer decaf options?
Yes! We carry decaf options so everyone can enjoy a great cup, any time of day.
Can I choose my grind?
Absolutely. We offer various grind options to match your brewing method, whether you prefer whole bean, drip, French press, or espresso.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 3–5 business days of being placed, directly to your door via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Because each bag is roasted fresh to order, we don't rush the process — but we do make it worth the wait!
My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us at recovercoffeeco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.
What is Celebrate Recovery, and why did you choose them?
Celebrate Recovery (CR) is a faith-based, 12-step recovery program founded in 1991 at Saddleback Church. Today, it operates in over 35,000 churches, recovery houses, universities, and prisons worldwide. CR is foreveryone— not just those struggling with substance abuse. In fact, two-thirds of participants come seeking support for issues like anxiety, codependency, grief, depression, anger, and more. We chose to partner with CR because we believe in the dignity and redemption of every person, and we wanted our business to reflect that.
